Dr. Caropreso earned his medical degree as well as a master’s in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa. Dr. Caropreso served as an attending urologist at St Mary’s Hospital for an impressive 16 years. During this time, he also assisted his community by working as an outreach urologist for multiple underserved areas of Wisconsin.

While he is a full-service urology specialist, Dr. Caropreso is highly trained in minimally invasive robotic surgeries and urologic oncology, treating cancers of the prostate, kidney, bladder, and urinary tracts. He also focuses on stone treatment and BPH. He is a fellow with the American College of Surgeons, serves as a consultant to the Arizona Medical Board, and takes pride in providing patients with a personal level of service in combination with the most effective medical and surgical procedures.

Dr. Caropreso and his wife left the Midwest last year and are enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather, as he is an avid marathon runner. When he is not making the most of the great outdoors, he enjoys auto repair, home improvement, and a good novel.
