Arizona Urology utilizes Enterprise EHR by Allscripts to store and process patient medical records. The EHR system provides higher patient care by streamlining scheduling, appointment, medical records and reporting. All patient medical records are computerized and can be accessed efficiently by our staff from any clinic location. Electronic records are updated during your appointment and integrated with electronic billing system. This allows your insurance claims to be filed accurately and efficiently with your insurance provider. For more information about Enterprise EHR by Allscripts please visit www.allscripts.com.

We take the security of your health information very seriously and ensure compliance as per Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All patient data is stored offsite in the state of the art secure facility which is regularly backed up and protected.

This system provides a more streamlined process flow, minimal paperwork, and more secure access to your medical records.

Electronic Prescriptions (ePrescribing Rx) (Coming Soon)

We employ ePrescribing by Allscripts to manage and process patient prescriptions. This provides higher patient care and improves workflow efficiencies by reducing processing time. Patients can get their prescriptions send electronically to any participating pharmacy of their choice. Once the prescription is sent the patient can contact the pharmacy to confirm the pick-up. There is no need to physically drop of the prescription and wait for it to be filled.

Even prescription re-fill requests can be sent from the pharmacy to our office electronically. Our office monitors and processes these requests on a daily basis. Once the request has been processed our office will review the request along with your medical records and authorize the re-fill or notify you that an office visit is required.
